Fabulous hotel, lovely breakfast. Extremely friendly and amicable staff, immaculate queen room. Friendliness of the staff. Stunning and fantastic location, opposite tram stop. Situated only 1 km from a victorian pier.

Would like to stay longer, the property met the demands. It has stunning and great location close to a tram stop, a quite area, and Blackpool. South Shore district won't disappoint you. The staff is nice and welcoming as well as hotel's host.

The room was immaculate and bright with view of panoramic seaside and the tea plus coffee, met requirements. Thanks to the nice staff everything was excellent. The hotel's location was stunning and marvellous, not far from south shore as well as a tram stop. Dessert restaurant Mi Kandy located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were welcoming. I asked for king room with a double bed, the tea and coffee and they kindly provided it. I spent here 3 terrific days and would love to stay here again.
